Fasting

ONE aspect of Christian life is fasting. Please verify the fasting rules with your Father before beginning a fast.

In general, Advent, and Lent are times of fasting. Wednesdays and Fridays  throughout the year that do not fall on feast days are also fast days.  Wednesday was when Judas betrayed Jesus and Jesus was arrested.  Friday was when Jesus was crucified.
