THE Benedictine Fellowship of Saint
Laurence is an independent, non-profit organization founded to help
establish a retreat, under the Holy Rule of Saint Benedict, together
with a mausoleum for the burial of the faithful, in Fremont County,
Colorado.

The Chalice. Ground breaking for Phase One of the building has happened. In the first week of May
the very basic items, including the new septic system for the entire project, have been excavated and should ne complete by about May 9th.
Also, the entire foundation system of the chapel and its attendant rooms have been laid out and plotted on the ground
for the next week of excavation. The contractor plans to have the entire Phase One structure completed in
this seasonal building cycle . . . by about All Souls Day (November 2nd) of this year.
