Divine OfficeTHE Divine Hours follow the monastic divine habit of praying several hours a day. The Lancelot Andrewes Press is selling a Monastic Breveriary Matins. Learn more or order here. This completes the monastic hours. The Monastic Matins for the week starting 5/4/08 and 5/11/08. Thanks to Brother Benedict (OSB Obl.) for putting together the Diurnal Ordo for this week starting 5/4/08 and 5/11/08. Check out the diurnal propers for the Feast of the Holy Family, celebrated on the Sunday within the Epiphany Octave. Noted Compline - Compline is suggested for those people starting to pray the Divine Office. Compline changes the least through the year of the Hours. Abbey of Le Barroux (which celebrates exclusively according to the 1962 Missale Romanum and the 1963 Breviarium Monasticum) has a complete Ordo for 2008, which they have made available for free download here.
